Check out our Wall of Hope!
We are so excited by your generous contributions to the “Give Soap- Save a Child” Project that we have created a Wall of Hope in our office—and your names are on display! Each brightly colored Brave Sparrow baby bird represents a child whose life will be spared thanks to your contributions. YOU are enabling young pediatric cancer patients in developing countries to LIVE with cancer.
We are still far from our $10,000.00 goal for this project. So please add your name to our Wall of Hope by sending a contribution to give kids in developing countries the same chance at survival as the young cancer survivors in the western hemisphere. Every $10.00 given goes directly to buying soap to fight infection for a child during his or her cancer treatment. By the end of the campaign, we aim to fill walls, windows and even our office refrigerator with Brave Sparrows representing HOPE!!
The Wall of Hope will be on exhibit for everyone to see at our Open House. We wish everyone could be with us on the 19th of October to honor Max’s legacy and see the wall in person! If you are a friend on the other side of the world or someone unable to be with us in person, it is not too late to send $10.00 and add a Brave Sparrow with your name, joining us in spirit.
Thanks to you, the 2011 campaign motto, “Kids can rise above cancer too” is becoming a reality!
