On Saturday, October 27th from 12 PM- 3 PM, the First Virtual Latin American Patient Colloquium on CML will be taking place in Buenos Aires, Argentina featuring speaker Dr. Jorge Cortes of MD Anderson Cancer Center. The aim of the event is to increase knowledge and education on CML for Latin American patients in order to optimize clinical outcomes and increase quality of life. The program is being organized by LALNET in partnership with The MAX Foundation, the Argentine Society of Hematology (or Sociedad Argentina de Hematología), and ALMA (Asociacion de Leucemia Mieloide Argentina).

At the colloquium, Dr. Jorge Cortes will give a presentation that will be broadcast live and Dr. Moiraghi will faciliate the discussion and coorinate patient questions. Local KOLs will be on site to help answer questions and give overall support.
