About the Max Global Experience – Uganda
The Max Global Experience is an opportunity for supporters to learn about The Max Foundation through an educational adventure to visit countries where we work. Trip participants join members of our global team, cancer survivors, advocates, and physicians for a look at what a cancer diagnosis means for patients in under-resourced countries, and how The Max Foundation provides access to treatment for those patients.
What The Funds Support
The funds raised by the Max Global Experience – Uganda will support The Max Foundation’s work in Africa, where we provide access to treatment for 5,791 patients in 28 countries.
Our fundraising efforts will provide access to treatment for patients in Africa by vetting and supporting physicians as key partners in our network of treatment access providers at 36 institutions in Africa.
