Each of the partners in our deep global network bring their own unique perspectives, knowledge, capabilities, and passion for improving health equity. Together, we face challenges and find solutions for people facing cancer around the world. At The Max Foundation, we celebrate all our partners of today, and can’t wait to welcome the partners of tomorrow.

Partnering for Access to Treatment

From its inception, The Max Foundation has carried out its work in partnership with people and organizations around the world. In fact, partnerships are critical to our global health work because they extend our reach, our expertise, and our outcomes.

People living with a cancer diagnosis are at the core of our model, and they are our most essential partners – driving our mission. Throughout the years, many patients have themselves become leaders of their own organizations, and today we proudly partner with local patient associations across the globe.

Beyond patients, we couldn’t do our work without the partners who are mission critical in executing our treatment access model. We work closely with the physicians in our extensive network across low- and middle-income countries who activate our model with each patient who comes to them for care. At the same time, we rely on the strong partnerships with multinational companies making innovative treatments accessible to patients worldwide. Lastly, we value our distribution partners who help ensure we get the right drug to the right patient at the right time.

Five multinational pharmaceutical companies have joined with us to forge a Humanitarian Partnership for Access to Cancer Treatment (PACT) – a commitment to providing cancer medicine to patients in low- and middle-income countries who would have no other means of access. Each company within the PACT has committed to providing access for a different number of patients within their capabilities, but all have committed their support for as long as each patient needs it.

Corporate Partners

Our Corporate Partners represents a circle of key strategic partners within the private sector who demonstrate their commitment to improving access to treatment, care, and support for patients living with cancer in lower-income countries by supporting The Max Foundation.

Distribution Partners

Our partnership with the dedicated team at Tanner Pharma Group allowed us to grow our shipping capacity. With Tanner’s help – and in Max Access Solution’s inaugural year – we successfully delivered 147 shipments of targeted cancer medications to doctors and clinics the world over; monitoring their safety and quality from end-to-end along our validated supply chain.

Corporate Friends of The Max Foundation

Our Corporate Friends of The Max Foundation circle is a way to recognize businesses and family foundations contributing financial or in-kind gifts to the organization. We are grateful to all these friends who make our work possible through event sponsorships, direct grants or donations, as well as gifting products and services to The Max Foundation.

Our global partnerships within alliances and as part of member-based organizations extend our reach and impact throughout the world. Collaboration with these like-minded associations includes ongoing joint projects, as well as shared initiatives and resources.

Partner Hospitals and Clinics

We have established a validated supply chain into 193 cancer-treating institutions around the world.
